Located in the city centre of Bristol, our student accommodation redevelopment in Redcliffe continues to demonstrate how F3GROUP are pushing technological boundaries on site and at the forefront of project management.
Reflecting the contractor’s internal fit out programme, digital 4D programmes visually sets out the full scope of project logic and phases. With the removal of gantt charts during site visits, the Client and full project team can instantly compare visualisations of planned vs actual progress on site.
As the project continues to progress, the 4D further enables our team to identify progress issues and risks instantly, ensuring swift escalation and mitigation prior to the issues developing into any material delays.
Contractors and sub-contractors are assisted in the fine tuning of the fit-out sequence, demonstrating space and volume in addition to showing time and activities.
We have found that by adding the 4D programme metric to the project at St Thomas Street, Bristol has enabled the project team, contractors and full supply chain to clearly visualise their output at any given point in time. Resourcing and time management have become more accurate to meet time, quality and cost requirements of the Client and the project.
