F3GROUP acted as Development Manager for the joint venture, the development was delivered in two parts.


The first part, the affordable provision for 59 no. Affordable apartments to code 3 requirements:

The works consisted of:

  • stripping back the frame of a 10 Storey structure
  • ten stories lateral extension
  • carbon bonding
  • building an additional storey at level 10
  • re-clad and complete fit out

The second part of the development included; 222 no.  one, two and three bedroomed apartments and luxury penthouses together with undercroft parking, roof terraces and external works.

The works consisted of:

  • new build 11 storey concrete framed apartment blocks
  • rain screen cladding and
  • external balconies
