Martin has been Non-Executive Chairman of F3GROUP since June 2015, providing support to the Group Board with his considerable experience in the world of business and sport, which is invaluable as we continue our expansion.

Martin is also currently a Non-Executive Director for a number of other companies, including Chairman of Gloucester Rugby, which F3GROUP proudly sponsor.

Andrew Harman

Non-Executive Director

Andrew began his career as a footballer with clubs including Wycombe Wanderers and Marlow FC. In 1988 after spotting a gap in the market, Andrew’s commitment to providing better services and solutions to customers led him to establish Annodata, with a vision to improve client document management through technology.

Annodata went on to become one of the UK’s top independent providers of IT Services with an annual turnover in excess of £80 million. In 2016, after leading the company for 27 years, Andrew sold the business to Kyocera and following a smooth and successful transition period, Andrew left in 2018.

Andrew is now involved in a number of entrepreneurial business projects and sits on the Board of some of the companies he has invested in including Oakman Inns & Restaurants Ltd, F3GROUP and White Oak Financial Management.

Andrew continues to be heavily involved in various philanthropic activities.

Recent years have seen him run, hike, climb, canoe and cycle; summiting Kilimanjaro and Ben Nevis; taking part in triathlons; completing a cycle challenge to Paris and this year, leading a team of cyclists on a 330km trip to Amsterdam. Across his charitable pursuits for organisations such as Scannappeal, where he is a Trustee, The British Legion, Help for Heroes and Marie Curie, Andrew has raised hundreds of thousands of pounds for worthy causes.

Gavin Gleave

Chief Executive Officer

Gavin has overseen the strategic direction, growth and restructure of F3GROUP following its initial acquisitions and subsequent disposal of non-core business'. 

His responsibilities include managing the overall operations and resources of the group, acting as the main point of communication between the board of directors and corporate activities.

A successful and experienced director with extensive knowledge of development and construction, Gavin has acted at executive board level in a number of large UK companies.

He has also held the role of non-executive director for a number business, currently as a shareholder and non-executive director of Gloucester Rugby Club, which F3GROUP proudly sponsor.

Tim Maton

Chief Financial Officer | BSc A.C.A

Tim is a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years' experience at the executive level. He has advised clients on corporate finance matters involving mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and equity, debt and working capital financing.

At F3GROUP, Tim leads all aspects of the finance function for both the group and it's joint ventures.  With a commercial approach to the finance function combined with his vast experience of financial control brings a unique balance to the group.

Steve Coleman

Group Business Development Director

Steve has a wealth of experience of local authorities and housing associations, joining F3GROUP from Lewisham Homes where he was Director of Development and Investment and playing a key role in creating new homes.

Having held Executive Director positions with two of the country’s largest housing associations, he has also been the leading spokesperson for intermediate housing products.

Previously as the Director of Notting Hill Home Ownership, one of the national market leaders in the field, Steve oversaw the introduction of private finance that assisted in developing the award-winning and largest shared-ownership programme in the UK focusing on mixed and flexible tenure.

Steve has also been the Chair of the National Housing Federation Group on intermediate tenure and the Development and Sales Director for Genesis Housing Group, in which he led the group through a period of significant growth, increasing the programme twelve-fold from 200 to 2,500 homes per year.

Group Commercial Director | MRICS, MCIArb

Bob is Group Commercial Director, a chartered quantity surveyor and has overall commercial responsibility for the group.  

With over 30 years experience in the construction industry, both in contracting and consulting businesses, he has considerable development and construction knowledge. 

His strengths include negotiating and managing contractual obligations and being responsive to the changing demands of the industry.

Suzanne Pierce

Group Support Director

Suzanne is a target-driven Coach, Trainer and Personnel Developer.  She blends over 20 years’ experience in development, to provide teams with the capabilities to perform at the highest of standards.

An ICF ACC accredited coach with experience leading coaching assignments for senior teams at organisations such as Siemens.

Suzanne understands the importance of collaboration for multi-site and global organisations and the challenges that this brings.

Suzanne will be working with the Operations Board to standardise management and leadership skills/practices across the organisation before moving on to work with the Management Board and Green Group.

Her role at F3GROUP will also be to support teams and individuals in their roles to maximise their potential and to create a culture of high performance which is sustainable.

Group Development Director

Steven has 20 years experience working in the property and construction sectors up to Executive Director level.

He has acted as a Developer, Asset Manager, Construction Manager, Project Manager & Quantity Surveyor on the full range of property and construction activities from site identification to on-going facilities management of completed buildings.

Steve's experience of working and securing funding from Private Investors, Banks and Institutional Investors, allows him to support F3GROUP with structuring opportunities for public and private sector clients.

Justin Bishop

Group Head of Marketing

Justin's background prior to joining F3GROUP was as a professional sportsman involved in a high-performance organisation and team environment. 

He supports the day-to-day management of the F3GROUP brand and the marketing team in driving the evolution of marketing across the organisation.

Justin identifies and shares best practice across the group, working with external agencies where required to establish and maintain standardised marketing, core competencies and leads the development plans to address our marketing requirements.

David Clarson

Senior Consultant | FRICS, FAPM, FRSA

David has spent the last 40 years working on some of our most important projects in the Education and Health sectors. He was Chief Advisor for one of the first-ever PFI schools.

He spearheaded the development of the first City Academies and also played a major role in establishing an NHS LIFT Co.

Senior Project Manager | HNC

Karl joined F3GROUP in 2012 after seeking over six years of on-site construction experience as a Project Manager and completed a HNC in Construction Management.

Karl has since been involved in a number of large residential and commercial developments where he has been able to gain valuable experience and heighten his skill-set.

In 2016, Karl took part in the Emerging Leadership Programme and appointed to the Senior Management Team in 2019. This is part of a new leadership co-ordination team at Director and Manager level to help lead the business as it adopts a new 3-year plan.

James Keyworth

Head of Systems & Performance | BA(Hons), GDL

James leads the development and growth of the Systems team. He has a wealth of experience managing the integration and development of IT systems and web applications at an enterprise level.

He works alongside executives and senior stakeholders to source and aligns efficient solutions to aid in the day-to-day operations of F3GROUP.

Development Director

Peter is a Development Director with over 30 years of experience across the sector, delivering a diverse range of schemes, including residential and new build.

Peter has successfully managed multiple high-value projects, leading the development delivery process from inception through to completion.

With an extensive knowledge and specialised skills base, backed by practical direct delivery of high quality & complex developments, Peter has managed multiple development projects and budgets and produce and maintain accurate documentation records, programmes and reports.

Delivery Director

With over 25 years’ experience, Dean is a highly experienced development and construction management professional and has delivered a range of projects from inception to completion for public and private clients.

Projects include commercial buildings, complex healthcare, regeneration schemes and challenging refurbishment of historic buildings.

Andrew Pitcher

Andrew is a Chartered Certified Accountant who joined F3GROUP in 2016.

Coming from a professional accounting practice background for a little over 18 years, he gained a wealth of experience across different sectors and businesses.

Working closely with Tim Maton (CFO) on all financial and accounting activities, delivering timely and accurate financial information. Andrew oversees the Finance Department’s day-to-day operations.

ACCOUNT DIRECTOR | MBA

Nigel has successfully managed a diverse range of projects as Senior Project Manager/Project Lead in both a Consultant Project Manager and Principle Contracting role.

Nigel has delivered projects for major clients including British Airways, LNG Grain and the Defence Estates. Nigel has an excellent knowledge of construction delivery from feasibility to completion from both his experience with Consultant Project Managers and Principal Contractors that include Kier, Vinci and Sir Robert McAlpine.

He has a wide ranging wealth of experience which encompasses the commercial, retail, defence, industrial commercial, education, residential, leisure, marine and healthcare sectors.

Emerging Talent

There is no doubt that there is an ongoing skills shortage in our industry, so we must engage with our younger generations to fill this gap.

At F3GROUP, we do this in a number of ways:

  • Students on-site, providing them with the opportunity to learn about a range of careers in construction

  • Work experience placements and head office based roles (Oxford Brookes University)

My experience with F3GROUP was remarkable. I believe that this placement will play a key role in my future career in construction. The people I have met motivate me to work hard.
