F3 worked closely with the London Borough of Hounslow and undertook significant consultation with local community groups to help submit a detailed planning application.
This was alongside all Design architects for a major mixed use development in the Kew Gate District of Brentford.
The Three Hats scheme was initiated as a result of TfL and the London Borough of Hounslow’s desire to relocate a bus depot from Brentford town centre and to accommodate a new school for the area.
All Design was appointed to develop a proposal to include 550 new homes, business pods and offices, together with the bus depot and its associated facilities.
The design of the scheme will create a striking image of three residential towers, a bus depot with basement parking and an accessible park with office and café ‘pods’.
Supported by the London Borough of Hounslow, the project will be built as a ‘significant part’ of the renaissance of the Golden Mile – the industry-lined stretch of the Great West Road running west from the boundary with Chiswick to the Sky campus.
