F3 provided strategic development advice that looked at the economic options and delivery models for optimising opportunities for the London Borough of Newham.
The authority was required to deliver a minimum of 1,000 social rented units over a 4-year period.
We provided a number of delivery options, from disposal and self delivery, with participation of the authority, that would enable the client to deliver the minimum.
The sites analysed were from London Borough of Newham’s General Fund.
The advice provided helped to support London Borough of Newham’s GLA funding bid, of which they achieved over £100m, the highest allocation.
