F3GROUP acted as Development Manager for the joint venture.
The development was delivered in two parts.
The first part, the affordable provision for 59 no. affordable apartments to code 3 requirements.
The works consisted of:
- stripping back the frame of a 10 Storey structure
- ten stories lateral extension
- carbon bonding
- building an additional storey at level 10
- re-clad and complete fit out


The second part of the development included; 222 no. one, two and three bedroomed apartments and luxury penthouses together with undercroft parking, roof terraces and external works.
The works consisted of:
- new build 11 storey concrete framed apartment blocks
- rain screen cladding and
- external balconies
