F3g were appointed by the Consortium of Bloor Homes, Bovis Homes and Linden Homes as Project Manager and Cost Consultant for the 1,400 home development at Boorley Green, Southampton.
Appointed part way through the construction stage in 2016 for the site wide and off-site infrastructure works and utilities.
F3g initially conducted a review and audit of all documentation and progress to date and prepared a Project Implementation Plan for the development.
The role included establishing the Consortium’s obligations under the 106 and 278 Agreements, including the development and payment triggers.
Under the planning consent, the Consortium were required to construct a new relief road and to coordinate the construction of their development with adjoining developers.
F3g chaired regular Consortium meetings to report against the implementation plan, managed the appointment and administration of the consultant team and provided monthly cost reports.
