Health, Quality and Environmental Policies

Health & Safety Policy.

 

The management of F3GROUP Limited recognises that it has a legal duty of care towards protecting the health and safety of its employees and others who may be affected by the Company’s activities, and that managing health and safety is a businesscritical

function.

 

Our employees also have a duty to take care of themselves and others that may be affected by their acts or omissions.

 

To enable these duties to be carried out, it is our intent to ensure that responsibilities for health and safety matters are effectively assigned, accepted and fulfilled within the Company.

Therefore, F3GROUP will, ensure that:

  • The Occupational Health & Safety Management System conforms to ISO 45001:2018, providing a framework for setting OH&S objectives and achieve continual improvement;

  • ​F3GROUP is committed to continual improvement of the Occupational Health & Safety Management System and continual improvement of health and safety performance;

  • F3GROUP is committed to providing safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injury and ill health, eliminating hazards and reducing OH&S risks;

 

  • Comply fully with all applicable legal requirements, codes of practice, regulations and other requirements;

 

  • Provide adequate resources, including financial, human and others, to ensure the proper provision for health and safety at work

  • Carry out and regularly review risk assessments;

 

  • Systems of work that are safe and without risks to health are established and followed

  • Employees are provided with such information, instruction, training and supervision as is necessary to secure their safety and health at work and the safety of others who may be affected by their actions;

 

  • Where appropriate, health surveillance will be provided for employees;

  • Work equipment provided is maintained in a safe condition and without risks to health;

 

  • Employees’ working environment is safe and without risks to health and that adequate arrangements are made for their welfare whilst at work;

 

  • Encourage staff to identify and report hazards so that we can all contribute towards improving safety;

  • Regularly monitor performance and revise policies and procedures to pursue a programme of continual improvement;

 

  • Arrangements are in place for effective employee consultation regarding health, safety and welfare matters;

  • F3GROUP, to assist in applying the provisions of health and safety law retains a competent person.

 

The Company requires all employees and regular sub-contractors when at work to:

  • Take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and others that may be affected by their acts or omissions at work;

  • Co-operate with F3GROUP in its statutory duties;

  • Not interfere with or misuse anything provided in the interest of health and safety.

This Health & Safety Policy will be reviewed at least annually and revised as necessary to reflect changes to the business activities and any changes to legislation. Any changes to the Policy will be brought to the attention of all employees.

Our Quality Management System is consistent with ISO 9001:2015. Its purpose is to:

  •  Ensure we act on the feedback from our clients and others that we engage with.

 

  • Continually improve the services we provide.

 

  • Remain compliant to all legislative & regulatory requirements.

  • Ensure that those we engage with have a positive experience.

We do this by always looking for opportunities to improve then setting SMART objectives to maximise our strengths and minimise risk. We all have a responsibility to ensure that our clients receive a quality service and to demonstrate a high level of competence always.

 

The Company’s services and systems are designed, engineered and managed to exceed our client’s expectations through the simplest and most cost effective means possible.

 

The Company is committed to a training policy that ensures all personnel have the necessary competence and training to perform their duties. The Quality Policy is understood by and communicated to all staff within the Company. It is the responsibility of Senior Management to investigate any quality problems and ensure that corrective action and/or preventative action is implemented as soon as possible. Senior Management shall also ensure customer requirements are determined and met, therefore enhancing customer satisfaction.

 

All the components that together make up our Management System are regularly reviewed to ensure they are appropriate, understood and most of all the system continually improves and we exceed our customers’ expectations.

Environmental Policy.

The Environmental Policy of the F3GROUP (“the Group”) is to ensure so far as it is reasonably practicable that its operations will be carried out with a commitment to:

  •  Protecting and enhancing the environment.

 

  • Providing a framework for setting environmental objectives.

  • Continual improvement of the environmental management system to enhance environmental performance.

 

The Management of the Group recognises that our activities have an environmental impact and in developing this policy we seek to confirm our commitment to manage environmental issues properly. This policy has the full support of the Chief Executive Officer.

Scope.

The Group will fully comply with environmental legislation and regulations.

  • We will ensure that environmental considerations are integrated into our business decisions.

  • We will use risk assessments in order to identify potential environmental risks to our businesses.

  • Actively pursue opportunities to minimise the environmental impact of our operations, concentrating particularly on the reduction of pollution, use of energy, waste disposal, and water discharges.

  • Attempt to develop a wider understanding of environmental issues among our suppliers and employees, contractors and where appropriate, our Clients.

  • Track and monitor business usage on a regular basis throughout the year and undertake an annual review of our policy to ensure that it remains properly aligned to the need to reduce waste and pollution and encourage the most effective utilisation of scarce resources.

  • The management team endorses these policy statements and is fully committed to their implementation.
