F3 has secured planning approval from Bristol City Council for a £60m student accommodation development in the Redcliffe area of Bristol.
The proposed scheme, which is due to be complete in the next two years, will support the regeneration of the town.
The project will provide:
- 357 student beds including 322 cluster apartments and 35 studios
- 320m2 student support facilities
- 270m2 active ground commercial space
The existing post-war office building will be demolished, with the new development providing a strategically located student hub serving the University of Bristol.
