We are committed to conducting our business ethically and responsibly and to taking appropriate and proportionate measures to prevent modern slavery within our business and supply chain.

Our approach

F3 seeks to work with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and other business partners that share our commitment to ethical business practices and compliance with applicable employment and modern slavery legislation.

 

Where appropriate, we:

• undertake proportionate due diligence on contractors, suppliers and business partners;

• expect those working with us to comply with applicable employment, labour and modern slavery legislation;

• reserve the right to review or terminate relationships where serious unethical practices or breaches become apparent; and

• encourage concerns regarding suspected modern slavery or unethical conduct to be reported promptly.

F3 is committed to fair employment practices, equal opportunities and treating employees and those working on our behalf with dignity and respect.

 

We comply with applicable UK employment and minimum wage legislation and expect our contractors and suppliers to adopt equivalent standards.

Reporting concerns

Employees, consultants and others working with F3 are encouraged to raise any genuine concerns regarding modern slavery, exploitation or unethical working practices.

Concerns can be raised with a Director of F3 and will be treated seriously and, where appropriate, confidentially. No person raising a genuine concern in good faith should suffer detrimental treatment as a result.

The Directors of F3 Construct Limited are responsible for overseeing this policy and ensuring that appropriate measures are maintained within the business.
