F3g is the Development Manager for the Foundation Trust, on the proposed redevelopment of two of the Trust's redundant clinical facilities situated on its operational campus.
Both buildings have been subject to considerable change in order to meet the needs of a modernising healthcare system but are now considered no longer fit for purpose and do not provide the therapeutic and modern environment required for patients.
F3g has therefore led a design team in delivering a proposal for the site, which will deliver 187 residential units, 50% of which will be affordable homes and an on-site nursery.
A north-south walkway is also to be incorporated into the site to provide a pedestrianised suburban rail station.
