F3g secured planning approval from Bristol City Council for a 357 room student accommodation development in the Redcliffe area of Bristol in 2017.

 

The existing Post-War office building was demolished, and the new development started construction in 2019 providing a strategically located student hub serving the University of Bristol. 

During the construction period, F3g successfully forwarded the sale of the scheme to one of DWS’ German real estate funds.  

 

The scheme achieved practical completion in Sept 2021.

The development provides a state-of-the-art purpose-built student accommodation, consisting of 322 en-suite cluster rooms and 35 studios. 

 

Total floor space is 8,575 sqm and amenities include a gym, study space, bike parking, cinema room and communal lounge. 

The property is connected to the Bristol City’s District Heat Network as part of the overall sustainability strategy and has achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating for the building.
