F3g acted as Construction Manager on the 13-storey Crowne Plaza hotel located on London Albert Embankment, adjacent to the Park Plaza Riverbank Hotel.
The original office building on the site, Wah Kwong, was vacant for a number of years.
Operating under a franchise agreement with Cannon Corporate UK, the new hotel has 142 guest rooms and a restaurant overlooking the River Thames.
There were a number of variable rooms, consisting of standard and club finishes, junior and senior suites.
