F3g was appointed as development and construction advisor following the collapse of the main contractor on this live project.
Acting swiftly under our proven Recovery Model, we conducted a full due diligence and project audit, enabling the joint venture to gain clarity on its current position and the optimal strategy moving forward.
Our scope included a detailed review of site progress, programme exposure, cost-to-complete, procurement gaps, and contractual liabilities.
F3g provided strategic options analysis, comparing the merits of adopting a construction management route versus re-tendering to a new Tier 1 contractor - supported by market intelligence and risk modelling.
In parallel, we engaged with the project’s senior debt provider to present recovery pathways aligned with funding expectations and project viability.
